Shouyun Iron Mine Park belongs to Shouyun Iron Mine, located 16 kilometers from Miyun urban area and 80 kilometers from Beijing. Shouyun Iron Mine was founded in 1959 and was once under the Beijing Metallurgical Bureau and Shougang Corporation. It was one of the key mining enterprises of the former Shougang Mining and Metallurgy Department.
